CXS products now address a wide range of commercial and industrial facility and energy management application. The ongoing and rapid market introduction of the CXS product line requires increased efforts, therefore we are offering a new type of services for System Integrators and Distributors, especially Wonderware channel partners, assisting in the development of FMS applications.
Our services are complimentary to those of FMS Contractors & Integrators and should in no way be seen as competition in customer projects, focus is clearly on solutions for such FMS Contractors and Integrators and to offer enhancements like:

• Custom application objects
• New communication systems (DA Server)
• Adaptors to external systems

For many SI´s, this will help to decrease development time and reduce development cost and project risk: For those SI`s currently not active in the FMS market, this will open new windows of opportunity because they will be enabled to sell into the FMS/ Energy market which many of them cannot tap today.

ConnexSoft (CXS) attends IOM OPS Management conferences in Orlando, FL,
Oct 19th-22nd 2010 and Paris, France Nov 16th & 17th 2010:
 

As in previous years, ConneXSoft, the IOM Endorsed Software partner, will be showing CXS products in the vertical market displays in the Collaboration Expo area of OPS management show in Orlando, FL and Paris, France.
CXS components enable IOM channel partners and their customers to build FMS/ Energy applications based on IOM/ Wonderware products that are efficient, robust and competitive. Highlight in 2010 will be the new release of Version 3 of the CXS suite of products where CXS partners with IOM to offer a joint solution.
Besides the opportunity this will present to see the latest and greatest in the products itself, there will be life presentations connected through Web Interfaces to real applications in the US and Europe.
In particular, new version 3 CXS Software, built on System Platform and InTouch, will be on display in Orlando and Paris, consisting of::

ConneXsoft (CXS) announces release of new Version 3 for the CXS Facility Management suite of products:
 

Version 1, the first release, was introduced on April 1st of 2009. In the meantime, many field trials, pilot installations and customer projects have been successfully completed. Version 2 was a maintenance release.
Version 3 now offers enhanced functionality for all customers with a variety of new tools and objects. Effective October 1st, 2010, the following elements can be upgraded to new Version 3 software:

• The CXS BACnet Integration Package, where many features and new functions have been added:
• CXS BACnet DA Server
• CXS BACnet DA Server including native Alarms & Event integration into WW Alarm System
• CXS BACnet Application objects/ Calendar & Scheduler Application Object

• The CXS iLON Smart Server Integration Package, Version 3 significantly optimizes the development process of supervisory applications for use with the i.LON Smart Server.

Kepware Technologies, US- Marktführer für industrielle Kommunikationstechnik und die Münchner ConneXSoft werden künftig in Partnerschaft Kommunikationssysteme für Gebäudeleittechnik und Energiemanagement entwickeln und vertreiben.

ConneXSoft ist u.a. spezialisiert auf BACnet und Echelon Protokolle und den industriellen Einsatz von Kommunikationssystemen in Prozessleittechnik, Datenbanken, Steuerungen und E/A Systemen. Kepware forms Partnership to Create Leading Building Automation and Energy Management Communications
 

Portland, ME, November 24th, 2008 – Kepware Technologies, the leader in Communications for Automation, announces it has formed a partnership with ConneXSoft GmbH, for the purpose of developing leading Communications Drivers for use in the Building Automation System (BAS) and Energy Management markets.

ConneXSoft GmbH specializes in BACnet and Echelon protocols for use in communications between building automation devices, controllers, and automation systems such as HMI/SCADA and Historians. This partnership leverages ConneXSoft expertise in protocol development, device integration, productivity tools and support capabilities, especially in Europe, combining it with Kepware’s ability to reach the market through a combination of direct, channel and OEM sales partners. 

Initially, the partnership will utilize ConneXSoft expertise and capabilities in BACnet, the new Echelon i.LON smart server, LNS communications and layered productivity solutions. ConneXSoft products will be delivered as KEPServer compliant and will be added to the broad range of drivers Kepware is already well known for. Key drivers, already available from Kepware and commonly used in BAS are; BACnet, Modbus, iSNMP – a new driver for Network Infrastructure monitoring, UCON – a User CONfigurable driver able to address a wide variety of communications to simple devices for RFID Readers, Bar Code Readers, Badge Readers, etc. Additional drivers about to be released include System Monitor – able to monitor the health and performance of PCs used in Automation, and the Industrial Defender Security Agent – able to access security of an automation solution by detecting Log-in activity, Communication Activity, Registry, File and Media access, etc. Kepware will become the reseller of ConneXSoft productivity tools. New products are expected to reach the market early in 2009.
